Refund & Return Policy

At Fregme Pakistan, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not fully happy with your purchase, you can request a return within 15 days of receiving your order—even if the perfume has been opened or used.

Return Eligibility

  • Perfumes can be returned in any condition (opened or unopened).

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

  • Gift cards and sale items are non-returnable.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at fregme.pk@gmail.com to request approval.

  2. Once approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions.

  3. Please send returns to:

⚠️ Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Exchanges

Want to try a different fragrance? Simply return your original order and place a new purchase after your return has been accepted.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about your refund status.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the funds.
